ANN ARBOR FOLK FESTIVAL
The Annual Ann Arbor Folk Festival, a fundraiser for the Ark, will celebrate its 31st year with some of the finest in traditional and contemporary artists. The Festival returns for two dynamic and different nights of folk and roots music. In keeping with the Festival's longstanding reputation, each night will feature a blend of renowned and up-and-coming performers, providing audiences with the opportunity to hear popular artists working at the top of their field while discovering terrific new talent. Friday evening will feature Ben Folds as headliner and a host of artists who are known for pushing the boundaries of their art and bringing a progressive sound to the folk music scene. Saturday night will delve into the heart of folk and roots traditions showcasing styles well known to folk and roots audiences. Our popular Valentine Teas will be held at the house on Saturday and Sunday, February 9th & 10th with a choice of two seatings each day at 1:30 PM or 3:30PM. Reservations open January 1, 2008. LUNAR NEW YEAR LION'S DANCE
Follow the fantastic Chinese Lion's Dance as it weaves it's way through the Main Street area. Begins at the AA District Library on the corner of Fifth and William. Visitors are encouraged to follow the Lion as it dances along the sidewalks through the Main Street area to bless stores and restaurants. FESTIFOOLS EVENT
The second annual FestiFools event (Fools at Four!) will feature enormous hand-made puppets, created in collaboration with community volunteers, Community High School students, and University of Michigan students. Main Street Area Association is sponsoring a “Treat Parade” in downtown Ann Arbor. Stroll with your little costumed characters on our sidewalks for treats! Just look for the pumpkin flyer in the windows and balloons flying at the doors on Main, Liberty, and Washington!!

HOLIDAY PARADE IN SALINE
Enjoy this holiday favorite. Parade will feature floats, bands, baton twirlers, dancers, animals, music, candy, and Santa arriving in his sleigh. Following the parade, children can go to Santa's Village at Beanstalks play cafe to have their photo taken with Santa and receive a bag of goodies. Sponsored by the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Saline.

DEXTER VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS
Deck the halls with gifts from our Victorian Christmas Festival. Relax and enjoy Christmas shopping, craft demonstrations and carolers in the Victorian tradition in our decorated downtown. Enjoy complimentary refreshments provided by shopkeepers in an "open house" environment. Oh, and don't forget your wish list at home 'cause Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in town.
